As Design Director of the IDEO.org NY office, I helped guide a team focused on the development of digital financial tools for low-income Americans. This was a $5M collaboration with JP Morgan Chase that spanned qualitative research, behavioral economics and rapid product development. After embedding with multiple non-profits our team developed:
- Guides that make it easier to understand finances.
- Modular tools for financial coaches.
- A chat-bot that puts financial health at your finger tips.
